		<description>I agree. Unfortunately, this is scant comfort, since the judiciary acts as more direct and more important check on the government than the media, which is only able to exercise its influence indirectly.</description>

		<description>I've got a feeling (and this is unscientific) that they've got the best chance of succeeding with the judiciary and a much smaller chance of handling the media. The judiciary only has as much protection from political influence as the executive and legislature decde it has. If they both team up, they can exert plenty of leverage over the judiciary. Rewrite the rules a bit, and stack the benches with politically reliable appointees.
Additionally, it's easier to spin - taking on the media makes them look like Big Brother, while reworking the judiciary is merely 'administrative'.

As for the NPA, I've already written them off.</description>
