This is closely followed by conducting oneself in certain way where he has to be, know and do certain things that inspire his constinuency. A leader should epitomise honesty, intelligence, competency and decisiveness. I honestly believe that the current President does not meet my understanding of a leader. Its a shame that the country has to put up with his antics until the end of his term. The very essence of leadership is that one must have a vision that he can clearly articulate.
