		<description>I think South Africa will have to eventually capitalize a proper public transport network, it can&#039;t hang in the 1st world-3rd world void forever. So either the rackets will have to be forcibly put down or, probably more amicably, be included as major stakeholders of a mass transit venture- much like the unions of East Coast America. It&#039;s a damned if you do, damned if you don&#039;t choice but I think the safety of the public transport-using populace is more pertinent than government or private stakeholders having the largest slice of pie.</description>
